Train to Mountain gives your clients a science-backed readiness check before they book. You see the score weeks before summit day. No more day-one surprises. No more reviews you did not deserve.
Free during beta · No contracts · Founder-led
One underprepared climber slows the rope, breaks the plan, and writes the review. You cannot outguide unfitness. And you should not have to.
You know the mountain, the route, the rope. What you cannot control is the twelve weeks before the client shows up. That's ours.
The test uses the same Banister fitness-fatigue model and polarised 80/20 framework behind the Train to Mountain training algorithm. Your client answers 8 to 12 questions about their fitness rhythm, longest day, terrain, recovery, altitude, and target peak. Out comes a Summit Readiness Score with a breakdown of where the gap is.
Above 70: your client is ready. Below: they're not, and the report shows where the gap is and how much time it would take to close. Not "your fitness is trending up." On track. Building. Behind.
A band, a colour, a plain-English verdict. You open the link, you know.

Yes. The readiness test is free for your clients to take, and free for you to offer, during our beta. We have not decided on a paid tier yet; when we do, early operators keep grandfathered terms.
During beta, the test is TTM-branded. Your unique referral link tracks that they came from you. Deeper white-label (your logo, your domain) is on the roadmap once we have enough operator partners to justify the build.
They get an honest Summit Readiness Score with a component breakdown and a plain-language verdict. They can share the full report with you in one click. If they want a personalised training plan, they can join our waitlist. No dark patterns.
No. We do not guide trips, and we do not sell coaching. We build training plans for the weeks between the enquiry and the trip. Where your job starts, ours ends.
You know before you commit. That is the whole value. The test does not tell them not to book. It shows the gap and how much time it would take to close. You get a calmer conversation about dates.
The test does not require an email. Answers are aggregated, not attributed. If a client chooses to share their result with you, they do that themselves via a link. Full policy at privacy_policy.html.
A checkbox that says "I run 3 times a week" is not a projection. Our test uses the Banister fitness-fatigue model, a peak-specific demand curve, and 9 sub-scores that combine into a single Summit Readiness Score. It shows what training load a real preparation actually looks like and where the client's gap is.
